Lemon Cupcakes

Guess what I made today? Yep, lemon cupcakes for the party tomorrow. I had to eat one though. I had to make sure they were tasty. 🙂

Just follow the recipe on the box (I like to add lemon zest to any boxed cake mix)

Then while they are cooling, poke holes in them and pour lemonade concentrate mixed with powdered sugar (sounds crazy sweet but it’s not) into the holes. Let the cupcakes soak up the yummy-ness and then frost with whatever.

    Yummy! What a great idea. I was going to do lemon cupcakes too, but then I remembered that I still have a TON of birthday cake in my fridge!
